This community is dedicated to connecting all kettlebell enthusiasts in the MENA region and beyond. Take advantage of the opportunity to learn step-by-step from qualified coaches. Membership is for anyone, male or female, and from beginner to advanced. It does not matter if you have one or many kettlebells or if you are training at home or at a gym as we always include alternatives and progressions for all programs and exercises.

You’ll get access to an exclusive private group where you can choose to post your workout results, form check videos, or any questions you may have about the workouts. No one outside the group will get to see what you post.

Milestones

You will first learn all the kettlebells milestones and master them (like the Swing, Snatch, Get up…) that will help you particularly in engaging in this community and do the workouts properly and injury free. These milestones serve as guidelines for tracking your progress and understanding of various exercises and workouts.

They serve as the foundation for kettlebells training. Following these principles is essential and will guarantee you an indisputable progress in your training journey and injury free for a long term healthy lifestyle.

Variety

You’ll have access to advice on technique, common mistakes, programming, alternatives, follow-along workouts, warm-up and cooldown videos, and workouts that cover a variety of goals. Workout goals include strength, grind, flexibility, mobility, endurance, hybrid workouts, and more. Each workout is well thought out–not just a mix of reps and exercises thrown together.
