Our Kettlebell Level 1 and Kettlebell L2 workshops are structured and interactive learning experiences that focus on teaching participants various techniques and exercises using kettlebells.

Kettlebells are a type of free weight or fitness equipment consisting of a cast iron or steel ball with a handle attached to the top. They have become increasingly popular in recent years due to their versatility and effectiveness in strength and conditioning training.
